Adding a Sitemap in Yandex
Once you have successfully added your site in Yandex Webmaster Tools account, navigate to “Sitemap files” tab under “Indexing” section.
Submit your site for Yandex webmaster by add site option after adding your site now type the sitemap file address like below

Turning on Turbo pages for media sites
Turbo pages for media sites are generated from the RSS feed.

The steps for turning on Turbo pages to display them in the search results are described below. To display Turbo pages in news stories or Zen feeds, you need to create corresponding RSS feeds. For more information, see Display in Yandex services.

Step 1. Creating the RSS feed
If your site uses the Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla or 1C-Bitrix CMS, use plugins to create the RSS feed.

If you are using another CMS or the suggested plugins don't suit you, create the RSS channel independently.

Step 2. Upload the RSS feed in Yandex.Webmaster
Upload the RSS feed using one of these methods:
This method is suitable for small sites and mass media. You can send up to 1,000 pages at a time.

Put the RSS channel generated on the first step on your the site's server and update it regularly (for example, once an hour or on request to the server).
Enter the RSS link in Yandex.The webmaster (Turbo pages → Sources).
If you use authorization to access the RSS channel, enter your username and password. To do this, on the Turbo pages → Settings page, click the enter your username and password link. The Access settings block opens.

This method is suitable for all sites.

You can send up to 50,000 pages in a single request, up to 10 requests at a time. With this method, pages are processed and updated in Yandex services faster.

Step 3. Installing the tracking tag
To set up a tracking tag, follow these steps:
In Yandex. Webmaster, go to the Turbo pages → Settings page.
In the Tags, section add the web analytics system and specify the tag ID.

Step 4. Connecting the ads
To monetize Turbo pages, you can add the Yandex advertising network blocks or ads from other systems using ADFOX.

Step 5. Checking and starting
To view your site pages, follow these steps:
In Yandex. Webmaster, go to the Turbo pages → Data Sources page.
Click the  icon next to the data source and then the Preview link.
Take a look at a few pages and make sure that the content and ads are displayed correctly.

To include the source validation and start Turbo pages, set the radio button to On.
